Getting Ready for the “Last Time You Walk Out the Door” – Organizing Your Physical & Financial Assets
As we age, it can be challenging to keep track of all of our physical and financial belongings. Getting your assets, documents, and household organized is often overwhelming, but Estate Planning can help you make decisions for your future, mitigate legal and administrative expenses, and bring ease to your family and friends.
This month, join Barb Lyon for a presentation about how you can get organized to reduce stress for you and your family when you’re gone. During the estate planning process, you will organize your personal, financial, and digital estate, whether the end goal is downsizing or organizing your personal and financial records. As a Daily Money Manager and founder of RelyOnB, Barb focuses on providing clients personalized, one-on-one support that helps them remain independent through their next chapter.
After a career of leading business and customer operations teams for software and service companies, Barb has taken her passion for helping others to a new frontier as a Daily Money Manager. Barb’s inspiration came from helping her mother-in-law, and, her own Mom, Dottie, when she was no longer able to track all of the details of managing her life and finances. This personal experience was the catalyst for Barb to start helping others who are at that time in their lives when they need trusted support. Barb also helps clients catalog their assets and organize their physical, financial, and digital lives.
With gratitude to our sponsor, Valley Memorial Park Cemetery and Funeral Home, the presentation will be in person at the Vivalon Healthy Aging Center (formerly Whistlestop) 930 Tamalpais Ave, San Rafael AND on Zoom, Wednesday, September 29 at 4:00pm.
