This healthy aging program is designed to give participants a baseline assessment of their current health, then provide information, tools, and support to encourage a shift toward new habits that can improve overall health and promote healthy aging. Our eight week long interactive group sessions are facilitated by Kristen Waller, PT, DPT a board-certified specialist in neurologic physical therapy. Kristen is also an instructor at Samuel Merritt University in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. She will cover various health topics and facilitate discussions in a supportive environment designed to engage and educate participants.
