Bingocize® Intro Class at Albert J. Boro (In Person)

Introductory Class provides a sample of the class format, offers tips related to the exercises, and an opportunity to get to know others in class. 20-session workshop starts April 4, every Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:30am-11:30am. Separate registration required for the workshop.
Bingocize® is a health promotion program that combines the game of bingo with fall prevention exercises (seated or standing). Come play bingo (with prizes!) and meet new people while doing gentle exercises proven to increase mobility and reduce falls. Bingocize® is exercise for your body, mind, and spirit. Join the fun! Class is held in Spanish and Vietnamese. Registration required, see information below.
