Zumba in Marin City (In Person)

Location: Marguerita C. Johnson Senior Center
Join us for a fun fitness class designed for older adults with lively music! Come ready to sweat, and leave feeling stronger! The class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility, and balance.
Zumba classes also offered:
* Mondays from 10:00-10:45am at Vivalon’s Healthy Aging Center (Hybrid)
* Wednesdays from 10:00-10:45am at Vivalon’s Healthy Aging Center (Hybrid)
* Thursdays from 10:00-10:45am at Albert J. Boro Community Center (In Person Only)
