Travel Navigators
Travel Navigators are a one-stop resource for program information and eligibility for all Marin Access transportation programs. Marin Access is a suite of programs and services offered by Marin Transit in partnership with Vivalon Rides and Golden Gate Transit to help older adults and persons with disabilities get around within and beyond Marin. Services include Travel Navigators, Paratransit, Catch-A-Ride, STAR & TRIP Volunteer Driver Programs, Travel Training and more. Se habla español.
Once you call or visit Travel Navigators, a representative will learn more about your mobility goals and your personal circumstances. With this information, the representative will help you complete the eligibility process and determine which programs will best suit you. You can even contact Travel Navigators on behalf of a friend, client or loved one.
If Marin Access does not offer a program that meets your needs, a Travel Navigator representative can refer you to an appropriate private or non-profit transportation provider in the community.
