Vivalon Fundraising & Marketing Team

Amy Carlson McConnell, Chief Development Officer

Amy, an accomplished non-profit professional and a former civil and criminal justice attorney, joined Vivalon in December of 2024. As chief development officer, Amy is responsible for leading Vivalon’s development department, including donor cultivation and acquisition. Prior to Vivalon, Amy was chief development officer at Huckleberry Youth Programs, where she led all fundraising and revenue-generating efforts, including government grants and contracts, foundation and corporate giving, individual giving, marketing and communications, events, and volunteerism. In addition, Amy served as advancement specialist at Huckleberry Youth Programs and as a board member for the organization. She has also held several volunteer fundraising roles at Mark Day School, Pacific Primary, and The Branson School. Amy holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Colgate University.

Yvonne Roberts, Senior Donor Relations Officer

Yvonne joined Vivalon in 2009 to rebuild our Development & Marketing department. Under her leadership, the organization has seen significant growth in support, as well an increase in the number of supporters. As Chief Donor Relations Officer, she is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with donors. She works with our donors to understand their philanthropic interests and invites them to participate in the programs that speak to their hearts. Yvonne volunteers in Fairfax for her neighborhood Firewise group and the local independent theater group. Prior to Vivalon, Yvonne worked with the Town of Fairfax, Antenna Audio/Discovery Communications, and TVA in environmental education. Yvonne loves learning, DIY projects, and is an artist and avid photographer. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management from North Carolina State University, and has enjoyed many classes at Dominican University, the College of Marin, and the Environmental Forum of Marin.

Bryttni Juve, Marketing and Communications Manager

Bryttni joined Vivalon in 2018 and has advanced to her current position as Marketing and Communications Manager, playing a crucial role in furthering Vivalon’s mission and brand through effective organizational, marketing, and communications initiatives. Responsible for developing and implementing thematic content across various channels—such as the website, social platforms, direct mail, email, and media placements—Bryttni helps raise awareness, drive program and volunteer engagement, and secure funding support for Vivalon. She also acts as the main point of contact for marketing collaborations with other departments and external marketing resources.

Paige Pedri, Individual Gifts and Grants Manager

Paige joined Vivalon in Spring 2023 as Development Manager. She brings extensive background in fundraising, grant writing, and marketing. In her role, Paige manages Vivalon’s institutional grant program and the organization’s individual giving appeals and annual gifts program. Paige is also responsible for the acquisition and nurturing of new donors to help more supporters become champions of Vivalon’s mission to help our elder community thrive through the power of human connection. Juliette Ingram, Development and Marketing Coordinator

Juliette stepped into her role as the Marketing and Development Coordinator at Vivalon in the winter of 2023. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Dominican University of California in December 2023, she began an MBA program while simultaneously joining Vivalon.

In her role, Juliette plays a key part in shaping Vivalon’s brand identity and boosting engagement through mission-based marketing and development strategies. She looks forward to creating a positive impact in Marin County and contributing to a community where older adults can thrive.
