In order to make a donation on this website, you must first complete a donation form through which you must provide contact information (like name, email, and physical address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes, to fill supporters’ orders, and to provide donations receipts. 


This information will be used to send a tax receipt (if a donation is made) or purchased items, and relevant materials and outreach through the mail. If we have trouble processing an order or donation, this contact information can be used to get in touch with you. We use a credit card processing company to fulfill orders using that payment method. The credit card company does not retain, share, store, or use personal information for any secondary purposes. 


Vivalon is committed to respecting the privacy of our donors. We do not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity. We will not send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. 


This policy applies to all donor information received by Vivalon, both online and offline, and on any Platform. Platform includes the Vivalon website and mobile applications, as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

On occasion, we request, collect and/or retain information when you communicate with us online, which may include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and other personally identifiable information you share with us. In order to provide a better user experience and improve our website, we utilize IP addresses for various purposes. Vivalon uses the Google Analytics tool to measure traffic on our site and traffic.
