Kristie McCall, Chief Development and Marketing Officer
As a member of Vivalon’s Executive Leadership team, Kristie leads the organization’s
Fundraising and Marketing team by leveraging her deep passion for data and her
extensive expertise in devising, implementing, and executing strategic
priorities. She provides leadership and guidance to a team of five highly
skilled professionals who play vital roles in the organization’s success. These
team members are responsible for managing mission-critical roles for Vivalon,
including donor relations, development and institutional grants, outreach and
events, and marketing and communication. Her oversight ensures the seamless
coordination and execution of these essential functions.

Yvonne Roberts, Chief Donor Relations Officer
Yvonne joined Vivalon in 2009 to rebuild our Development & Marketing department. Under her leadership, the organization has seen significant growth in support, as well an increase in the number of supporters. As Chief Donor Relations Officer, she is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with donors. She works with our donors to understand their philanthropic interests and invites them to participate in the programs that speak to their hearts. Yvonne volunteers in Fairfax for her neighborhood Firewise group and the local independent theater group. Prior to Vivalon, Yvonne worked with the Town of Fairfax, Antenna Audio/Discovery Communications, and TVA in environmental education. Yvonne loves learning, DIY projects, and is an artist and avid photographer. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management from North Carolina State University, and has enjoyed many classes at Dominican University, the College of Marin, and the Environmental Forum of Marin.

Bryttni Juve
Marketing and Communications Manager
Bryttni joined Vivalon in 2018 and has advanced to her current position as Marketing and Communications Manager, playing a crucial role in furthering Vivalon’s mission and brand through effective organizational, marketing, and communications initiatives. Responsible for developing and implementing thematic content across various channels—such as the website, social platforms, direct mail, email, and media placements—Bryttni helps raise awareness, drive program and volunteer engagement, and secure funding support for Vivalon. She also acts as the main point of contact for marketing collaborations with other departments and external marketing resources.

Paige Pedri
Individual Gifts and Grants Manager
Paige joined Vivalon in Spring 2023 as Development Manager. She brings extensive background in fundraising, grant writing, and marketing. In her role, Paige manages Vivalon’s institutional grant program and the organization’s individual giving appeals and annual gifts program. Paige is also responsible for the acquisition and nurturing of new donors to help more supporters become champions of Vivalon’s mission to help our elder community thrive through the power of human connection. Peyton Williams
Community Engagement and Events Manager
Peyton joined Vivalon in Fall 2023. He is an accomplished executive with 10+ years of experience establishing strategic partnerships, forging alliances, and building B2B channel strategies. At Vivalon, Peyton is responsible for driving organizational growth by building and strengthening relationships with community partners and working with them to identify sponsorship and promotional opportunities aligned with their strategic objectives. He is also responsible for planning and executing fundraising events. Peyton holds an MBA from Boston University where he majored in Marketing and pursued coursework through the Public and Non-Profit Management (PNP) program.

Development and Marketing Coordinator
The Development and Marketing Coordinator contributes to organizational fundraising, communication, and marketing initiatives and advances Vivalon’s mission by delivering value to customers as a part of the marketing team.
