Classic Membership
For clients who participate in classes and eat at the Vivalon Café.
Annual cost: $60 for individuals / $90 for couples

First, complete this Membership form and return it to Guest Services at our Healthy Aging Campus along with your payment or call us at 415-456-9062.
You’ll receive a Vivalon keychain scan card to use for checking in at the front desk. This lets us know which services are important to you and ensures you receive your membership benefits.
