The four-part series begins Tuesday May 3rd with a fee of $40 for members and $60 for non-members that covers all interactive sessions presented on Zoom.
Participants are invited to engage in the class topics below while enjoying a relaxing cup of tea on Tuesday afternoons 4:00-5:00 pm from May 3 – 24.
Session 1: Vitalitea (Vitality) – Strengthen the senses, inner balance and calm. Discover the power of breath, herbs and foods for health while enjoying a beautiful guided visualization and meditation.
Session 2: Immunitea (Immunity) – Relax and restore the nervous system by navigating the Vagus Nerve which governs the brain, heart, lungs and gut. Great for stress reduction and healing. Guided meditation for full body relaxation and pain relief.
Session 3: Communitea (Community) – Explore human connection by humming, laughing & meditation. Unlock blocked energy in organs and energy centers (chakras) through techniques of self-massage with breath and flow.
Session 4: Yogatea (Yogic Adventure) – Gentle movement yogalates (yoga-pilates) and meditation seated or standing.
