Our 8-week healthy aging program starts by providing participants with a baseline assessment of their current health, followed by information, tools, and support to encourage shifts toward new habits that can improve overall health and promote healthy aging. The class is taught by physical therapist Krissy Waller, DPT and includes free individual appointments for additional support. Various health topics are covered with facilitated discussions in a supportive environment designed to engage and educate participants. To register for this 8-week class, call 415-456-9062.
