Our healthy aging program starts by providing participants with a baseline assessment of their current health, followed by information, tools, and support to encourage a shift toward new habits that can improve overall health and promote healthy aging. The eight-week interactive group sessions are facilitated by Kristen Waller, PT, DPT. Various health topics are covered with facilitated discussions in a supportive environment designed to engage and educate participants.
