Free Estate Planning Clinics and Workshops at Vivalon

Legal Aid Services

Vivalon partners with Legal Aid of Marin to offer free one-on-one estate planning clinics. These estate planning clinics specifically target Marin County residents age 60 and over. Participants will meet one-on-one (in person or virtually over zoom) with an experienced estate planning attorney, who will advise them on how to avoid expensive and time-consuming probate. Working one-on-one with the participant, the attorney will advise them about the most appropriate estate plan and draft documents. Legal aid and volunteer attorneys will oversee the participants’ execution of the documents at Vivalon. Participants will leave the clinic with new executed documents in hand — a will, in certain circumstances a trust, a power of attorney and a health care directive. The entire clinic will be free to participants.

Please call Julie Padilla at (628) 667-2655 to schedule your free legal appointment.
