The “Go-To” Expert
Our mechanics are ASE certified, and Vivalon Rides is the ONLY qualified shop in Marin County for wheelchair lift repair and maintenance. Your fleet can be of any size for us to perform regularly scheduled service. We maintain cars, vans and light to medium duty buses.
As a non-profit, we offer competitive pricing.

Safety & Driver Training

CPR and First Aid Training
We provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid training with a fully accredited instructor for organizations in Marin County. Groups of 4-10 are welcome. We provide the option of having you come to our fully equipped training center, or we can train at your site. Classes are 4-5 hours each and the CPR and First Aid certifications are good for two years. There is no minimum age requirement.
Driver Training
Known for having the best-trained drivers in the county, we can provide training for and certify your organization’s drivers, including: staff and personal care assistants. Groups of 4-10 are welcome. Classes are on-site at our fully equipped training center and both training hours and curriculum can be customized to accommodate your program requirements.

Reliable Drivers
If you have your own specialized transportation vehicles, but not enough drivers on staff for your needs, Vivalon Rides has drivers. Our employee drivers can supplement your existing staff. They are trained, insured, and can drive most types of Class B and C commercial shuttles, including ADA compliant vehicles. Our drivers are available daily, evenings and weekends.

If you need communications center capabilities for your organization, our Communications Center will help streamline your operations. We manage call center and dispatch services for a variety of programs throughout Marin County.
Our Capabilities
Our call agents can serve callers in English and 240 other languages. We employ bilingual staff and utilize a contracted service that allows any of our staff to use an interpreter to assist in conversations with clients who do not speak English.

Vehicle Capacities
- ADA-Compliant Vehicles: Up to 18 passengers, including wheelchair users
- All-Ambulatory Vehicles: Up to 13 passengers
- All ADA vehicles are fully wheelchair-accessible and designed for the comfort, dignity, and safety of people with disabilities.

- FY24 Rates: Services start at $175/hour (effective June 30, 2025)
