Friendly Visits
The need for human connection is central to an individual’s overall well-being and health. Yet, many seniors and individuals with limited mobility find themselves feeling isolated by lack of opportunity to interact with others in meaningful ways. Vivalon offers programs to help provide this essential human connection.

Friendly Healthy Aging Program
Vivalon’s Healthy Aging Program provides opportunities for our members to actively engage in understanding their health risk factors as they age and to better manage their health. Our goal for the Healthy Aging Program is to help older adults “take charge” of their health. Central to the program is our Healthy Aging Workshop. Additionally, we offer numerous classes and other activities to promote and strengthen our members’ physical health and mental wellness.
Integrated Care Clinic
Vivalon’s new Healthy Aging Campus will host an integrated care clinic to address “whole person care.” The integrated care clinic will coordinate Vivalon’s services with healthcare that is currently available in our community. The clinic will be open to all of Marin’s older adults, not only those who live onsite. Its services will address many areas of care, including: chronic disease management, podiatry, ophthalmology, medication management, vaccination and other support services to enhance independent living at home.
