Tai Chi for Falls Prevention (In Person)

Weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, March 19 – May 9
Did you know that recent research proves Tai Chi’s superiority in reducing high blood pressure compared to brisk walking or stair climbing? Experience remarkable benefits with this ancient martial art—improved balance, flexibility, and heart health. This program consists of two 1hr weekly sessions for 8 consecutive weeks. Drop ins are welcome at any time during the 8-week series. This series will end on May 9th and the next series will start on May 21st. Registration is not required.
